I am probably the last person on earth that still has not seen any of the Twilight movies. Still, when I happened to see the Twilight New Moon fashion spread in Harper's Bazaar, I was instantly inspired. The color palette is fabulous..deep blood red paired with black, chocolate and moss green...textures of leather and velvet. This rich color palette evokes such a sophisticated old world atmosphere. With my latest inspiration in mind, I could not help but notice that almost every Fall 2010 fashion advertising campaign is featuring red. For interiors, I especially love dark deep blood red paired with chocolate and black..so rich and daring. Red is the color of love, war, passion and power.
“‘And so the lion fell in love with the lamb…,’ he murmured. I looked away, hiding my eyes as I thrilled to the word.
‘What a stupid lamb,’ I sighed.
‘What a sick, masochistic lion.’” – Edward and Bella
